Its a two floor house essentially, with 7 bedrooms on my floor, together with 3 baths, and a huge, well stocked kitchen.

All utilities are included (in-floor radiant heat, hot water, electricity, cable, washer/dryer) and parking is available at a fee.

The room comes unfurnished, but I can sell you my bed, desk, chair and/or shelving unit if I\'m given a good offer.

Sorry pet owners, but nothing larger than a goldfish is allowed.

The current roommates are a blast and easy to get along with. The area is safe, quiet and clean.
